A SUPPORTIVE INTRODUCTION TO THE MYSORE ROOM
Learn the fundamental principles of the Ashtanga Yoga practice and progress seamlessly through the initial postures of the Primary Series. In this course the Mysore method will be explained and experienced in an intimate setting. Modifications will be available to accommodate all levels, so no prior experience is required. You will develop a sustainable self-practice with the confidence to move through it at home or in the Shala.
Weeks 1 & 2:
Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 – 9:30AM
Unlimited Mysore & access to Friday morning Led Class
Allowing up to 12 classes over three weeks
Spaces are limited to allow for individual attention
